DESCRIPTION:Sussex Yacht Club Ferguson Race\nCommittee Boat start line West of Harbour Entrance \nDinghy Course \nWest through start line off Shoreham Beach to\nlaid mark (50’48.44N\, 000’19.76W) and turn to port\nBack through the start line West to East\nSouth to mark #4 (50’47.34N\, 000’16.18W) to port\nBack through start line West to East\nEast to laid mark (50’49.00N\, 000’09.18W) and turn to starboard Back through start line East to West to finish \nCadet/youth/slow boats may have a shortened course on the day and as such cannot qualify for the Ferguson Trophy \n11th May 2024 \nDinghy start 12:00 bst HW 14:18 bst \nSign on will be by verbal contact with the start/finish boat when the line is established which will be from 30 minutes of the race commencing\, and closes 1 Minute before the start sequence commences for the race. \nAll Safety boats\, Support boats\, Mark laying boats\, Committee boat\, and Dinghies to be using marine VHF will use the channel allocated by OffCom to yacht clubs for club racing “M2” \nElectronic navigational devices may be used.
