Notice of Annual General Meeting 

Notice is hereby given that the 100th Annual General Meeting of The Shareholders of Sussex Yacht Club will be held on Saturday 24th January 2026  starting at 10:00. 

Any member of the Club is welcome to attend the meeting however only Shareholders may vote on any resolution proposed. We will be holding the AGM in person and online to allow those who may not be able to make it to the clubhouse the opportunity to logon to attend. 

The Annual Report is available to view which encompasses: 

  • The meeting agenda,  
  • Reports from Commodore, Treasurer, Training Principal and Section Captains,  
  • The accounts for both SYC and SYC Operations,  
  • The minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting  
  • 2025 trophy, race, cup winners
